AXIOM Terms of Use (EULA)

Last Revised: 2026年10月28日 | Operator: y-mitsuyoshi(個人運営)

Note: This English translation is provided for reference. The original Japanese Terms of Use (/docs/eula) is the legally binding governing document under Japanese law.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AXIOM software and related tools ("Software") provided by y-mitsuyoshi(個人運営) ("Operator"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software or issuing a license key, you agree to all provisions of these Terms—especially the complete AS-IS no-warranty clause (Article 9) and complete limitation of liability (Article 10).

Article 1–2 (Business/Developer Use Only)

AXIOM is provided exclusively for corporations, organizations, and professional developers/engineers using the Software for business or development purposes. Personal consumer use under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan is not permitted.

Article 3–4 (License Grant & License Keys)

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Software in your own verification environment. Free license keys are valid for 90 days and may be renewed starting 14 days before expiration. Keys may not be sold, shared, or redistributed.

Article 5–7 (Prohibited Uses & User Responsibility)

You must not run AXIOM against third-party systems without explicit authorization, nor against mission-critical production systems containing unbacked-up sensitive data, medical/financial/safety-critical infrastructure. Because AI-generated code and autonomous browser actions may perform unexpected mutations, you are solely responsible for running AXIOM only in isolated, backed-up test environments.

Article 9–10 (AS-IS No Warranty & Complete Limitation of Liability)

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DATA LOSS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR THIRD-PARTY LLM API CHARGES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Article 14 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
