y-mitsuyoshi（個人運営） ("Operator") handles user information in the AXIOM software ("Software") and website ("Site") under a strict data-minimization policy:

1. Information Collected

We do NOT collect names, company names, phone numbers, or physical addresses. Only the following minimal items are processed:

• License Key Issuance: Email address, issued license key, issuance timestamp, and expiration date.
• Contact Form Submissions: Email address, inquiry category, and message body.
• Site Access & Rate Limiting: Client IP address is evaluated transiently in memory for rate limiting and stored in the database strictly as a one-way SHA-256 hash.
• Software Telemetry (Once Daily): Anonymous instance ID, license ID, software version, OS, CPU architecture, uptime, aggregate counts of test runs/features/defects, and AI provider type. Target URLs, credentials, test code, and recorded videos are NEVER transmitted. Set AXIOM_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=true in .env to disable.

2. Purpose of Use

Used solely for issuing/renewing license keys, preventing automated abuse, checking version updates, responding to data deletion requests, and improving the Software.

3. Third-Party Disclosure & Infrastructure

We never sell or provide personal data to third parties except as required by law. This Site and telemetry API run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1, and Turnstile).
